We had a lovely stay in Waterville. The house is exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean and really comfortable with all the amenities you would need, we felt right at home! It’s in a great location too only a 10 minute walk into town and the beach. Denise was a great host and very responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED Denise & Donal’s home. This was our third time to Killarney and their home was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in the area. It was the perfect location for our family of 6. The home is lovely, immaculately clean, and walkable to all of our favourite Killarney pubs and restaurants. We were so sad to leave at the end of our trip and will definitely be back.

Stayed in this beautiful home for a week with family (4 adults and 4 small ones) - plenty of space for us all and had everything we needed. On check in the house was pristine with a welcome package containing a few essentials and treats which was lovely. The house was in a perfect location for us - 10 minutes walk to the town with a playground along the way - and a short drive to key attractions (Derrynane beach, Skelligs, Valentia Island). We had a brilliant stay and hope to come back again. Denise thank you so much for a lovely stay last week - we really had a fabulous stay and the house really felt like a home from home for us for the week.

Denise is a wonderful host. She was very responsive and thoughtful. The house is spacious, luxurious and well decorated. The kitchen is amazing and well equipped. We made full breakfast each morning. Plenty of room for everyone and a great set up. The bed was comfortable, washer and dryer was helpful and the rainfall shower was great. The location is close to town and the Killarney National Park. I highly recommend this one.

An absolutely gorgeous home! We had a wonderful stay in Killarney and in Denise’s home. The house is even better equipped than listed, with spacious rooms. We were six adults and stayed comfortably. The house is stylishly decorated and we felt right at home. We were even left a welcome package and Denise was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next Killarney visit when we get to stay here again!

Stunning 3 Bedroom Modern Home! Don’t miss out on this exceptional home just a short few minutes from Killarney town! It was everything we hoped for and more. In a beautiful setting close to all amenities it was ideal for a family with kids and yet it had a quiet country air feel to it. The house had all the necessities and personal touches that made us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door. It was immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated to such a high standard and had a lovely big garden for my kids to play in. Denise was a super host and on arrival she met us and was very friendly and helpful. There was also a lovely surprise on arrival of a gorgeous welcome hamper which meant we could enjoy the day without running out to the store right away as you have to do when staying in a lot of other airbnbs. The rooms are beautifully laid out with the most comfortable beds. We would recommend this house without hesitation and give it 5 stars! We hope to return again in the near further.

Could not recommend this listing enough. The house, amenities, location, check in ... all outstanding. The house was spotless which is obviously a huge concern at the moment. The location is great ... a great base. Denise was great, answered all our questions and was very responsive. We had a great holiday.

This home is modern, very comfortable, clean and in a great location. All communication with Denise was outstanding- very prompt and thorough. Entry was easy with a key box and we were greeted with extra touches like a basket of snacks, fresh flowers, milk and juice. The photos of the home are well done but the house feels and looks even better in person. Lots of natural light, many amenities and comfortable seating areas. The kitchen is well stocked with many utensils, cook ware, dishes, etc. The beds are extremely clean and comfy. The bathrooms are large, lots of fluffy towels, shampoo, etc. The water pressure is excellent! We especially appreciated the washer, dryer and drying rack. You feel like you’re in a remote place with the outstanding views of the nearby forest but the city center is an easy 10-15 minute walk. Denise gave us many suggestions for things to do and restaurants and local pubs. She is delightful! We highly recommend this home and Denise!!

Beautiful place! But even been hosts! Denise and her husband were so responsive to everything. They gave us such a warm welcome with their incredible hospitality that it made this perfect, close to city center Killarney home even more enjoyable!

The house and location were just as described. Modern, spacious, clean and super responsive host. Denise is a perfect host. We received many helpful tips on what to do, where to go and what restaurants the locals go to. The house is in a perfect location to explore Killarney National Park, the ring of Kerry and several other peninsulas worth exploring. Bathrobes and a few snacks and groceries provided were another awesome touch! We can highly recommend this very private home.

Firstly, Denise who checked us in was so friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations of where to go. She was even flexible with our check in time! The house itself is beautiful and very large! The beds were dressed to perfection and were super comfy with lovely crisp white linen and throw pillows. The towels were soft and fluffy! With fresh flowers and croissants, brown bread and jams and other items stocked in the fridge.... It's the little touches that make No. 20 a five star stay!!!

Denise was a fantastic host, she was able to let us check in early and even had some breakfast supplies waiting for us! The house itself is spotless, well furnished and massive. The location is perfect being right across from the Killarney National Park and within walking distance to the town centre.

Denise met us at the house and was very friendly. It was a great start to the trip! She had left us cereal, tea, croissants etc which was lovely. The house is big and comfortable and the rooms are really nicely decorated. There were plenty of towels and the showers were good. I don't have anything negative to say!

From the welcoming basket which was thoughtfully waiting for us on our arrival, to her helpfulness with any queries we had, she really did make this a trip to remember! Denise is a fantastic host, extremely accommodating when we asked for an early check in and was very helpful in pointing out local restaurants and amenities when we arrived. The house is so spacious with a living area perfect for comfortably enjoying time with a large group. The bedrooms are all decorated in different colour schemes which adds great character and the beds are comfy. A great base helped make a good weekend in Killarney perfect. We will definitely be back

We stayed here for a family reunion. Great place. Plenty of room for family. Nice kitchen. Close to a shops for some groceries. Easy to get to town. Our host met is that night we checked in and was very nice.

My family and I had a great stay at Denise's place. The space is very large and we had lots of room. There was a very nice starter package which made preparing meals easier. The area is beautiful. It was nice to step out the front door in the morning and look right to see mountains covered in mist.

We were here for one night and I don't think we could have found a better place to stay in Killarney . Our host, Denise, was very friendly and accommodating and went out of her way to help us have a great stay. The location is ideally suited for exploring Kerry. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again some time soon.

What a wonderful place! Donal and Denise were quick and pleasant in their responses, their holiday home was gorgeous, they left us groceries in the kitchen, and the neighbors were friendly! Check in and check out was easy and accommodating. A bit of a walk from the city centre, but an enjoyable walk with beautiful sights. Killarney and Donal and Denise's home were our favorite stop on our family trip around Ireland.

Donal and Denise were excellent hosts. They left a very generous welcome package and were extremely helpful regarding directions and places to visit in the area. We had a small issue on arrival and they dealt with it promptly and to our satisfaction. We would definitely consider booking here again.

We had a lovely stay. The house was beautifully clean and the interiors in bedrooms was hotel standard. Donal and Denise provided a beautiful hamper on arrival which was so nice and also they went to the trouble of sourcing an extra high chair for us.

A group of 5 in our 30s (2 couples and a cool, tag-along little sister) we truly enjoyed this spacious home with stunning views! The location is a great home base for exploring places like Dingle, the Ring of Kerry (Killarney National Park, Skelligs, Kenmare) and Cork. My only regret is not being able to stay longer! We booked last minute and arrived from Belfast, via the the Cliffs of Moher, around midnight. This lovely couple went above and beyond to make sure we found the location of the home, and had the necessary info and items (coffee, breakfast basics, wifi) to be comfortable after a long day of travel. The home was much too big for us, but we enjoyed gathering in the kitchen to cook a meal and play cards together, the morning mountain views were a highlight for all of us and we count ourselves lucky to have found such a great place and hosts on such short notice! I really can't thank or recommend them enough.

Our recent trip to Killarney was made all the more memorable by our stay in No 1 Killarney Holiday Village. On arrival we found a very impressive welcome pack waiting for us. Denise called to introduce herself and was very friendly and helpful. We were all very impressed by the high standard of decor and cleanliness. As a group we couldn't fault this accommodation. We will definitely stay here again.

As a family we've travelled from as far as England, Scotland and South Africa. We found the Killarney Holiday Village met and surpassed our needs. The owners Denise and Donal are very welcoming hosts and the unit we stayed in was modern, neat and clean. It is centrally positioned for visitors to optimize their time, Denise even arranged a coach tour of the Ring of Kerry for us. As a family unit, without exception, we recommend KHV and we hope to visit again.

We stayed at the condo for three days in June. Denise made sure the fridge was full of items we would need to make us feel at home. She came over to meet us and made sure everything was to our liking. Denise also offered advice as to which pubs to visit to get the local flavour of Killarney. She also arranged for us to get a tour of the Ring of Kerry. I would not hesitate to rent or recommend this place.

We stayed here (a family of 7) for a wedding at the Killarney Oaks hotel next door. The house was fabulous! We had everything we needed and plenty of room. So happy we decided to stay here instead of a hotel as we could have our own tea whenever we wanted and all the conveniences of being home. House was immaculate! We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

We stayed in house 1 of the Killarney holiday village this past weekend and it was fantastic! Denise was so welcoming, couldn't have done enough and the hamper of welcoming food that was left for us was such a personal touch. There were so many essentials for a weekend stay already in the house, not like most other rental properties I have stayed in. The house was immaculate and the standard of decor is very high (particularly the bedrooms) for a holiday home. The hotel next door is very handy too for bar food or a wee night cap! Would definitely stay again and would recommend for others.

My family (6 adults) and I traveled to Killarney Holiday Village for 2 nights on our first stop on our first trip to Ireland. Denise and Donal were extremely friendly and hospitable, allowing us to check in early and accommodated a special request for my mother with a pain condition. When we arrived, we were delighted to find a basket full of Irish goodies to get us started. Throughout the entire booking process, Denise was prompt in her replies and answering any questions we needed. My one suggestion would be a binder or book of tourist attractions, pubs, and goings on of Killarney to use for reference. Thank you Denise and Donal!

Fantastic property, facilities, location and hosts. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 kids. The apartment was just perfect for our requirement. Very safe for kids and plenty of space for them to play inside and outside the property. Met Denise when we checked in and she was very pleasant to deal with. Very hospitable hosts. Very reasonable price for the kind of property and service. Highly recommended to anyone coming with bigger groups.

This apartment is a perfect base to explore the Killarney Nationalpark or for the Ring of Kerry. The city center is also not that far away (20mins by foot). The apartment itself has great rooms and cozy beds. Everything is clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Denise was a very nice host, she not only provided us with useful information for the area, she even prepared a corner in the kitchen with food and snacks. Definitely recommending her!

The house was much bigger than we expected and ideal for a family group (plus toddler!). Donal and his wife were fantastic with the communication during the whole process and had some great tips while we were in the area. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed some great family meals while we stayed. Can't wait to go back!

A beautiful house, extremely clean & spacious with everything one would need in a home. The welcome basket of goodies was a real treat so there was no need for popping to a shop in the morning. We only stayed 3 nights as we were attending a wedding in the Muckross Park Hotel, however we would definitely consider returning for a vacation. The holiday village is very well located. Close enough to town if you don't mind a 15 minute walk, but yet away from the heavy hustle & bustle in peak season. Loads of space both inside & out for kids to run about, and very safe. Killarney has SO much to do and makes for a fab holiday destination. Denise & Donal will make it even more fab as your hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay with Denise and Donal. Their apartment is very well located, very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Our stay there was very comfortable and it is very close to the center of Killarney and to the lakes and lovely walks/cycles. Denise and Donal were excellent hosts and had left some provisions for us on arrival after our journey. They made us feel very welcome. We would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone we know.

Donal and Denise were such great hosts! Communication right from the start was exceptional, always quick to respond. We really appreciated the basket of food items left for us. It was just what we needed to tie us over until we made it to the Tesco. I think what we enjoyed most about the rental was the space (as we were a large group with a toddler) and the location. We wanted something central and accessible and the home checked those boxes. Highly recommend staying in any one of Donal and Denise's rentals. Thanks again to you both!

We stayed in No. 15, a semi-detached unit in a quiet, small network of row houses located within very short walking distance to a bike rental, pleasant walking/biking distance from Muckross Abbey and Muckross House, etc., in Killarney National Park. The property was clean and in good condition; Donal and Denise were helpful and generous hosts, providing suggestions for what to see in the area, leaving a delicious basket of treats in the kitchen for our arrival, and responding immediately to any questions or issues we had. A 5-minute drive puts you in the town center of Killarney. We liked being located outside the town centre; it was quiet at night, but we were close enough not to be discouraged from enjoying a bit of the night life. It's also a pretty short drive to Kenmare (45 min.), along which you can also catch sights such as the Torc Waterfall and Ladies' View. Nor do you have to go into town for dinner; the restaurant immediately to the left as you exit the housing complex (two minute walk) was very solid. We had a very nice stay here.
