Kerry Holiday Homes Limited Rental Terms and Conditions

  1. Your Holiday Home
    Your Holiday Home Rental is fully furnished and equipped with appliances and provided items such as towels and linens as seen on the Kerry Holiday Homes Website.
  1. Rental Party
    The Rental Party consists of you the Guest and the following persons
  1. Maximum Occupancy
    The maximum number of guests is limited to the number stated on the website for the Holiday Home you are renting, no extra guests are permitted.
  1. Terms for the Duration of the Lease
    The Holiday Home Rental begins at 4pm on the day of Check in and ends at 11.00am on the day of check out.  An additional cost of 50 Euros may be charged for a late check out unless this is agreed prior to your arrival.
  1. Length of Stay
    The Minimum Length of Stay is 3 Nights and the Maximum 14 Nights. However, we can provide a shorter stay upon request.
  1. Rental Rules
    All guests will be asked to respect and abide by the Rental Rules of your Holiday Home.
  1. Access
    Guests shall allow the Home Owner access to the Property for repairs or inspection and in the case of an emergency.
  1. Holiday Home Rates
    deposit of 20 per cent is required at the time of booking to secure your Reservation. The Balance of 80 percent is then due 30 Days before your Arrival Date. Payment in full is required for any Reservations within a 30 Day Period of you arrival If payment is not received after the 30 Days deadline the Deposit will be non-refundable and your Reservation will be cancelled.
  1. Cancellations
    Cancellations made prior to a 60 Day Period of your arrival date will have the full Reservation Cost or Deposit Refunded. Cancellations made prior to a 30 Day Period of your arrival date will have 50 percent of the Reservation Cost Refunded Cancellations within 30 Days of your intended arrival date no monies or deposits will be refunded.
  1. Insurance
    All Guests are advised to have their own Travel Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances
  1. Payment Methods
    Payment may be made via the Kerry Holiday Home Website by secure credit card payments.
